Cancellation Policy

• You must notify me at least 24-48 hours in advanced if you need to reschedule an appointment. Clients that last minute rebook (give less than 24 hrs notice), no-show/no text will be charged for 50% of the original price of the service that you booked which will be charged to your card on file. If you need to reschedule due to illness or for an emergency, please contact me and I will reschedule you with no charge.

• If you do no call no show to your appointment you will be added to a list that will temporarily no longer allow you to book online. If you would like to continue to come see me you must contact me and leave a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment.

Payments accepted: Exact cash or Credit/Debit card

Covid-19 safety update: You must be symptom, fever, and cough free. If you look, feel, or sound sick please stay home until you are completely symptom free. TEXT when you arrive & wait in your car until you receive a text that we are cleaned, sanitized & ready for your appointment. You can use the restroom but need to wait outside if I have client and am working otherwise.

Additional booking rules:

  • Please do not call, the phone number I provide is for texting purposes only. If texting does not work for you I also have an email at b.bartistryandaesthetics@gmail.com or you can reach out to me on instagram at @bb.brow.studio.

  • Please text when you are here and wait in the car until your I tell you it’s clear to come in (due to extra cleaning please be patient we might run 5-10 mins behind)

  • Please do not come to your appointment early if I didn’t not message you saying that you could or without texting to ask me before hand.

  • Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment.

  • Please leave all food/drinks/water bottles or extra bags in your car.

  • Please wash hands for 20 seconds or sanitize as soon as you come in.
